At Avanti's we pride ourselves not only on the quality of our seafood but the fact that it is all sourced from Australia and New Zealand only. We stock up to 30 lines fresh fish cut daily in store. All our fish is processed on site to ensure maximum freshness - all fillets are trimmed and boned out ready for you to cook at home.
Some of our regular lines include Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon, Coral Trout, Red Emperor, Snapper (Goldband, Nobby and Scarlet) Wild Barramundi, Ocean Trout, Whiting Fillets, Sweetlip, Swordfish, Flathead, Ling Fish, Blue Eye Cod and Yellowfin Tuna.
And of course succulent oysters, Mussels, Clams, delicious Ocean King Prawns, Sandcrabs, Mudcrabs, Moreton Bay Bugs and Lobsters.
Plus our qualified chefs will gladly give you advice on how to best cook your seafood as well as take home delicious and easy to make recipe leaflets .
