After 16 years as a buyer and wholesaler in the seafood industry, Robert Fioravanti began his family owned business Avanti's Fresh Seafood Market and Fish Cafe. Having focused on providing the best quality seafood to selected wholesalers throughout Australia and overseas, Robert's ambition was to provide this array of fresh and local seafood direct to the public.
At Avanti's we pride ourselves not only on the quality of our seafood but the fact that it is all sourced from Australia and New Zealand only.
Plus our qualified chefs will gladly give you advice on how to best cook your seafood as well as take home delicious and easy to make recipe leaflets.
